WAXD Return Policy

At WAXD we are committed to providing you with products of the highest quality. If you have received a product that is defective due to manufacturing issues, we are here to assist you in resolving the matter promptly and efficiently.

Eligibility:

Our return policy covers products with manufacturing defects only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and it must have a verifiable manufacturing defect. Please note that normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not considered manufacturing defects.

Timeframe: You must notify us of the manufacturing defect within 10 days of receiving the product. After this period, we may not be able to process your return 

Exclusions: This return policy applies exclusively to products with manufacturing defects. It does not cover products damaged due to mishandling, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

 Return Process:

To initiate a return for a product with a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a Refund Request Form found at the bottom of our Policies page https://www.waxdcanada.com/policies or Our Customer Support Team at contact@waxdcanada.com (647) 772 0895, within the designated timeframe.

  • Provide your order/invoice number, a description of the defect, and clear photographs or videos showing the defect, if applicable.

  • Our Customer Support Team will review your request and provide instructions on how to proceedEvaluation: Our team will thoroughly evaluate your claim to verify the manufacturing defect. This evaluation may include requesting additional information or documentation from you.

 Resolution:

If the defect is confirmed to be due to manufacturing issues, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion

  • A replacement of the defective product with a new, equivalent item.
  • A full refund of the purchase price, not including any shipping charges incurred

​Refund Processing:

If a refund is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that the timing of the refund may vary depending on your financial institution.
