All clients who have previously received brow enhancement services at WAXD Salon are eligible for one complimentary touch-up or correction within seven (7) days of their initial appointment. Clients must schedule their touch-up or correction appointment during the available dates and times provided for the 7 days by our salon team.

 

Scheduling:

To schedule a brow enhancement touch-up or correction appointment within the seven-day grace period, clients can contact our salon reception via text at (647) 772 0895. Clients must mention the initial appointment date when scheduling their touch-up or correction.

 

Service Completion:

All touch-up or correction appointments must be completed within the seven-day grace period from the initial appointment date.

 

Pricing After Seven Days:

If a client fails to schedule or attend a touch-up or correction appointment within the seven-day grace period, they will no longer be eligible for the complimentary service. After the seven-day period has expired, clients will be required to pay the full price for any brow enhancement touch-up or correction service.

 

Appointment Cancellations:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your touch-up or correction appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice.
